BIG BANDOV IN PLESNIH ORKESTROV

I have a theory: When you go out to the streets of Ljubljana, you can never predict what's going to happen. There is allways a surprise in your way!

Earlier today, I was in my way to one of those addicting multinational fast food restaurants in order to eat something, when I suddenly noticed some jazzy sounds coming from the Prešeren square.

Afer eating my meal I decided to go there to check what was going on.

And just like my theory says, I was surprised!

It was a fairly big concert (not with a lot of audience, though) with guitars, bass, piano, drummers and a little orchestra composed by fifteen musicians. And those guys were good!!

As a musician and audophile myself, it took no more than one second to make my mind and stay there...

And suddenly, another surprise!! A girl walked up to the stage, dressed with a black dress like she was about to give a medal or a prize to an important musician :), grabbed a white stratocaster and began to sing and play. And I have to admit, she plays better than I do!!! And what a voice!!!

Of course I stayed there until the concert was almost over, drowning my ears in jazzy sounds and clean soft voices...

This are the kind of things that make me love this city and say:

I FEEL SLOVENIA !
